AGREEMENT

Welcome to First Call Inks (hereinafter "First Call Inks," "Company" or "Site"). By using this Site, you agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). You also agree to comply with any guidelines or rules posted on the Site regarding any product or service offered on the Site. All such guidelines and rules posted are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit the First Call Inks website, purchase cartridges, either original and compatible; HP Photosmart, HP Photosmart Plus, HP Photosmart Wireless, HP Photosmart Premium and HP Photosmart estation, Deskjet and Officejet. Alongside the Canon Pixma IP Series, Canon Pixma iX Series, Canon Pixma MG Series, Canon Pixma MP Series and/or Epson Expression Cartridges, Epson Stylus, Epson Stylus Office, Epson Stylus Photo and/or Brother DCP Cartridges, Brother MFC Cartridges or Brother FAX Cartridges or services through the Site, or email the Company, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receiving communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you via email or by posting notices on and updates to the Site. By using the Site, you hereby agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. We welcome your feedback about the Site. However, any comments, ideas, notes, messages, suggestions or other communications sent to the Site shall be and remain the exclusive property of the Company, and we may use all such communications in any manner, including reproducing, disclosing and publishing such communications, all without compensation to you.

COOKIES

As most of the online services, our website uses first-party and third-party cookies for several purposes. First-party cookies are mostly necessary for the website to function the right way, and they do not collect any of your personally identifiable data.

The third-party cookies used on our website are mainly for understanding how the website performs, how you interact with our website, keeping our services secure and all in all providing you with a better and improved user experience and help speed up your future interactions with our website.

CONFIRMING, CANCELLING, AND CHANGING YOUR ORDERS

For orders that have already been shipped, you can confirm the date and method of shipment, and obtain an estimated date of arrival by calling our Customer Service Department at 01323 430060 or via email at sales@riteinks.co.uk. If your order has not yet entered the delivery process, you can change the details by calling the Customer Care Centre. Company will not provide reimbursement for postage and handling charges once the order has entered the delivery process. Refer to delivery link for further details on changing the address after the package has been dispatched.

ORDER AND PAYMENT TERMS

Terms of payment are by via Visa, MasterCard (other forms of payment may be added or removed at Company's sole discretion).

Orders are not binding until the order is accepted by Company. Company expressly conditions its acceptance of your order on your agreement to these Terms and Conditions, Site Terms and the terms of the membership, as applicable.

DELIVERY

Unless otherwise noted, orders received by 1:00pm GMT are normally dispatched on the same business day (subject to stock availability). Orders after 1:00pm will be dispatched on the following business day. Orders placed after 1:00pm on Friday will ship on Monday, but this is only an estimate. Because of this we have a 15 business day waiting period before any product will be resent. Product availability on may be limited and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery, even if the product is not identified as "out of stock" on the Site. Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in dispatch or delivery.

RETURN, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGED CONDITIONS

If you need to return any product(s) purchased from First Call Inks, you should contact customer service on 01323 430060 or by email within 90 days of the order date.

Returned products should be shipped to the following address:

First Call Inks, 16 Cooden Sea Road, Little Common, Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, TN39 4SJ

You, the customer, can return the products to First Call Inks in the original packaging and enveloped in the original bags or boxes whichever is most appropriate, along with the original invoice or a copy of the original invoice. If you don't have the invoice please include a brief letter specifying the problem, and including date of purchase, your name, address and email. This will help us locate your details on our system and refund your payment.

We accept orders for return under the following policy:

We allow returns for refunds for misordered products and unwanted products for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment. They should be unopened and in original condition. We are afraid that we can't refund postage for these orders.

In the unusual event of having a faulty product or being sent the incorrect goods, they can be returned within a 12 month period from the date of the order. We will refund in full and pay for reasonable costs for return postage to a maximum of £4.20.

Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed.

You can use our envelopes for returning goods. You simply write 'Return to sender' on the envelope and pop into a post box. Please be aware that there is no proof of posting with this method however we don't generally get issues but it can take 2 weeks to arrive back with us.

ASSIGNMENT

Customer may not assign its rights or obligations hereunder without the express prior written consent of First Call Inks.

GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND COSTS

This agreement is governed by the laws of the UNITED KINGDOM, without regard to its conflict or choice of law provisions. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the UNITED KINGDOM is an appropriate place for venue of any litigation and that UNITED KINGDOM courts have jurisdiction over this agreement and customer. In the event the customer and Printer Inks are unable to resolve any customer dispute, and any collection action, suit or other judicial proceeding is commenced, the prevailing party in any such collection action, suit or judicial proceeding shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable legal fees incurred.

TAXES

Unless otherwise stated on the face hereof, stated prices include value added duties.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

Limited Warranty of Product and Site:

The limited warranty and returns policy provided does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, improper storage, extreme temperatures, acts of nature or improper installation or repairs. Such limited warranty only extends to refunds or replacements of First Call Inks. You expressly understand and agree that the products and services provided are on an as is and as available basis.

All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of Company is that all the information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, Company cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

You accept full responsibility for keeping your account password confidential, restricting access to your computer and keeping the e-mail address associated with your account current. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur. Periodically links may be established from Site to one or more external web sites, these links are provided for your convenience only. None of such links should be deemed to imply that Company endorses the Third Party Sites or any content therein.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This sale is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, which are in lieu of and replace any and all terms and conditions set forth in any documents issued by customer, including, without limitation, purchase orders and specifications. In case of conflict between the terms and conditions stated here and those on the face hereof, those on the face hereof shall control. ANY ADDITIONAL, DIFFERENT OR CONFLICTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON ANY SUCH DOCUMENT ISSUED BY CUSTOMER AT ANY TIME ARE HEREBY OBJECTED TO BY First Call Inks, AND ANY SUCH DOCUMENT SHALL BE WHOLLY INAPPLICABLE TO ANY SALE MADE HEREUNDER AND SHALL NOT BE BINDING IN ANY WAY ON First Call Inks.
